Frequently asked questions about equipment rental

The desired period can be reserved either via the online platform or directly on site in the branches at Triftplatz or Jenner. Reservations by telephone are only possible for same-day rentals.
Reservations are only accepted with advance payment. The reservation can be canceled free of charge until 12 noon on the day before the first rental day. Please contact the staff in the branches by telephone or email. Deposits already paid will be refunded to you without complaint if the cancellation deadline is met.

The equipment can be collected and returned within the opening hours of our branches.

At the Jennerbahn valley station: There are parking spaces directly in front of the store, but these can only be used free of charge for max. 2 hours free of charge.
For longer parking periods, we recommend parking at the large Königssee parking lot, which is approx. 300 meters from the store.
At the Triftplatz Berchtesgaden: Here you can also park directly in front of the store for max. 2 hours free of charge.

Renting equipment over a longer period of time is generally not a problem. It is up to you whether you store the equipment overnight in your own home or leave it with us.
The equipment can also be collected the evening before (5-6 p.m.) at no extra charge. It can also be returned the next morning when the store opens.
